Gosh, these past couple of days have been kinda cool.  We're in Asian Cuisine and I'm having fun but I think I'm being too hard on myself cause I've screwed up a few times and have been really pissed off.  Like last night, the burnt chicken wings or Wednesday night's deformed potstickers.  Well, at least I tried but I think Chef expected more out of me and that's what pisses me off.  Well, at least next week I can start over with a new chef. But for now, it's off to Seattle!! kay bye!!

Argh!! I just had a huge lunch at El Pollo Loco.  First time there and it wasn't bad at all.  It totally beats KFC or Popeyes.

Well, I got my externship all ready to go.  As of Feb. 24, 2005, I'll be working at Rover's Restaurant in Seattle.  I can't wait!! John still has to find one.  He's talked to a few chefs but no word yet.

1 1/2 months left til Vegas!!!  I can't wait!! I'm supposed to see if I can reserve a car for when we're there.  I'm thinking either an Escalade, BMW X5, Navigator or some other luxury car.  No, I'm not doing this just for fun, John's birthday lands on the time that we're there so I'm gonna rent him a nice car for his Birthday night. Well, Nov. 27 Here We Come!!!

Well, we just got done with Foods of America.  It went well.  I think I got an A for that class. Today we start Foods of Europe. I heard that the Chef is cool but you can't understand him and that he's totally by the book.  We'll see how it goes.

Last night we watched Resident Evil.  It was interesting.  It wasn't as scary as the first one.  Honestly, I thought it could've been better.
